Paperless Conference system is to have a conference room for small executive meetings, or for large scale conference for any number of delegates (+500 members) where papers and printed hardcopy documents are not needed by any member of the attendances. All documents can be stored as softcopies in a USB memory and plugged into the attendance terminal for presentation.
The display of the terminal has different types, sizes and specifications. It can be touching display. It can also be fixed on the table of motorized to slide in the table when it is not in use.
An application is used to enable the chairman to run the meeting and the other attendances broadcast their participation during the meeting.
